Terms and Conditions

Service Agreement

By engaging S Rank Drywall LLC for services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Minimum Service Charge

All projects have a minimum service charge of $350. This minimum applies to all work performed, regardless of project size or duration.

Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided
• Final pricing may vary if project scope changes
• Additional work beyond the original scope requires written approval
• Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement

Warranties

We warrant our workmanship for one (1) year from completion date. This warranty covers defects in our installation or finishing work but does not cover:

• Normal settling of the structure
• Damage from moisture or water infiltration
• Damage caused by other trades or homeowner modifications
• Normal wear and tear

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays beyond our reasonable control
• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed during initial inspection
• Damage to personal property not directly caused by our negligence

Change Orders

Any changes to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled with 48-hour notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Insurance and Licensing

S Rank Drywall LLC is fully licensed and insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through arbitration in Kent County, Michigan, according to Michigan state law.
